Honda OEM LSVTEC Powered Street Car

JDM Scientific has begun it's B-series VTEC, Frankenstein engine project after five years of planning, testing and tuning various Honda OEM combinations. This particular 1834cc P61 combination consists of a GS-R VTEC cylinder head mated to an LS Integra 81mm x 89mm cylinder block. The test is targeting all 1998cc K20 powered 2nd and 3rd generation Integras, and 5th and 6th generation Civics. We are swaping this into a 5th generation Street/Strip Driven 1995 Civic, which is almost completed with finishing touches being made to the chassis. Execution of the building process for JDM Scientific's LSVTEC will begin on March 2nd and scheduled to be driven and tested by the end of March.

The daily driven Si is having a couple changes made for the next week. The Honda OEM 1797cc SiRVTEC combination is still running strong after 3 years of hard street / strip driving since 2007. Check it out in action at Raceway Park for 2010 Open Track sessions & Honda events!
